This is what Michelle Obama said today:

“And make no mistake about it, these struggles that I’m talking about, these are not new. For decades now — decades — middle-class folks have been squeezed from all sides. See, the cost of things like gas, groceries, tuition — prices continuing to rise, but people’s paychecks just haven’t kept up. And when this economic crisis hit, for far too many families the bottom just completely fell out.”

Funny, right?  This, from the woman that just returned from her 16th vacation in THREE YEARS!!

I could say more, but none of what I'd like to say is very nice, so I will let her own words and actions speak for themselves.

 Well, this is interesting. I went to google in search of a new picture of the angry woman, and guess what??? Google has been removing all the slowly, angry, bitter pictures of her and replaced them with happy, smiles of Mrs. Obama.  AHH, probably because this is an election year. Gotta put the best face forward.  Good thing I had an older photo of her depicting her true self. Haha.

Gas, gas, gas...up, up and away

I was just reading on Michelle Malkin's site that our prez., Odumbo, will be speaking tomorrow about the rising gas prices.  I laughed to myself, because I can only imagine what the clown is going to say. I'm sure he will blame Bush, tell us there is nothing he can do about it in the short term and that we should be carpooling or taking public transportation.  As I neared the end of the article, the author wrote a synopsis of what we will most likely be hearing tomorrow from the Kenyan squatter in the WH.  Here it is:

Under Obama

Since 2009, when Obama took office, those receiving food stamps rose from 26 million participants to over 46 million!  The price of gas has risen 83% under Obama! Does that sound like recovery? Hardly.

Bet you haven't heard this story! Joe Miller, former Republican Senator from Alaska has disclosed that the Obama administration has given away SEVEN strategic islands to Russia....in secret.  Senator Miller's report is below.  The mainstream media has said absolutely nothing about this! 

"The seven endangered islands in the Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea include one the size of Rhode Island and Delaware combined. The Russians are also to get the tens of thousands of square miles of oil-rich seabeds surrounding the islands. The Department of Interior estimates billions of barrels of oil are at stake.

The State Department has undertaken the giveaway in the guise of a maritime boundary agreement between Alaska and Siberia. Astoundingly, our federal government itself drew the line to put these seven Alaskan islands on the Russian side. But as an executive agreement, it could be reversed with the stroke of a pen by President Obama or Secretary Clinton.

The agreement was negotiated in total secrecy. The state of Alaska was not allowed to participate in the negotiations, nor was the public given any opportunity for comment. This is despite the fact the Alaska Legislature has passed resolutions of opposition – but the State Department doesn’t seem to care.

The imperiled Arctic Ocean islands include Wrangell, Bennett, Jeannette and Henrietta. Wrangell became American in 1881 with the landing of the U.S. Revenue Marine ship Thomas Corwin. The landing party included the famed naturalist John Muir. It is 3,000 square miles in size."

I’m hoping this piece will help reinvigorate efforts to stop this handover.

Humbled

RAEFORD, N.C. — A Hoke County preschooler was fed chicken nuggets for lunch because a state worker felt that her homemade lunch did not have enough nutritional value, according to a report by theCarolina Journal.

The West Hoke Elementary School student was in her More at Four classroom when a U.S. Department of Agriculture agent who was inspecting lunch boxes decided that her packed lunch — which consisted of a turkey and cheese sandwich, a banana, apple juice and potato chips — “did not meet USDA guidelines,” the Journal reports.

The decision was made under consideration of a regulation put in place by the the Division of Child Development and Early Education at the Department of Health and Human Services, which requires all lunches served in pre-kindergarten programs to meet USDA guidelines.

“When home-packed lunches do not include all of the required items, child care providers must supplement them with the missing ones,” the Journal reports.

The student’s mother told the Journal she received a note from the school about the incident and was charged $1.25 for the cafeteria tray, from which her daughter only ate three chicken nuggets.

The note explained how students who did not bring “healthy lunches” would be offered the missing portions and that parents could be charged for the cost of the cafeteria food, the Journal reports.

The mother, who was not identified in the report, expressed concern about school officials telling her daughter that she wasn’t “packing her lunch box properly.”

Anchorage has had a lot of snow this winter and as you can see from the picture, a car has been buried underneath the snow (looks like its been there a while). Between the snow and the car, it provided the moose with a perfect lift to reach the tree.

Let's Move

To take part in Texas anti-obesity events, Michelle Obama, has officially arrived AND is mucking up the commute home for hundreds of Dallas residents.  How do I know? Henry just called and asked if Odumbo was in town, because there is an entire entourage of black and white vehicles, roads blocked and a congested mess.

Two weeks ago, our daughter got caught in the same mess in Arizona when Ovomit was passing through. Amanda was unable to get home and had to park her vehicle several blocks away. She said she stomped through the crowd of cheering idiots and considered giving Obama the middle finger salute.  Of course she didn't, because she was raised to show respect. Had it been me however, it would have been a two handed middle finger salute.

I swear, they deliberately choose rush hour times to crusade through cities. You know, they are king and queen of America, after all. Puke.  Say what you will, but the two of them make me sick.

The victims had complained to police that Marvin‘s Potter’s daughter was harassing them after they deleted her as a friend on the social networking site, Johnson County Sheriff Mike Reece said Wednesday.

Considering how tragic the crime is and how despicable the motive was, I think it's only suiting that the mugshots of these two morally corrupt pukes be posted.

Alaska

Wasilla, Alaska. This young calf pays frequent visits to this home. They've even nicknamed him 'Nubs'.

This, unlike the story a week or so ago of the elderly man that was chased down and stomped on by a moose. Luckily, his 85 year old wife was brave enough to grab the shovel from their truck and did a little stomping of her own, chasing the moose off.  The husband suffered some cuts and bruises, but is fine.

Moose are unpredictable and should be treated as such, but I always enjoy these kind of pictures.

Hidden Fees On All Mortgages

Just before Christmas, American workers got a rare gift from Washington politicians - the current payroll tax cut would be extended for two more months.

At the time, both President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner lauded the move to avoid a tax increase for millions of working Americans.

But there's something the politicians weren't bragging about - the fact that they're paying for the two-month tax cut with what has turned into a brand new fee on home buyers.

The new fee is a minimum of one-tenth of 1 percent on Fannie Mae- and Freddie Mac-backed loans, and is likely to go much higher.

It will be imposed for the next 10 years on most mortgages and refinancings and it lasts for the life of the loan.

Robin Hood Tax

The following is from a friend, which she wrote two days ago. She was out in front of today's UN story which I just posted below.

"The Robin Hood Tax. Sounds like a fable...something dreamt up by the liberal progressives in some far off fantasy land, right? WRONG. It's REAL, and it's HERE. A "tiny" tax that will yield 400 BILLION per year.

It's being pushed by Buffet, Soros, Leo Gerard, President Sarkozy of France, Chancellor Merkel of Germany....you know those two. They are the ones guiding the intentional collapse of the Euro. I forgot to mention THE UNIONS, OWS CROWD and the Salvation Army are also on board and pushing this worldwide. It's their AGENDA!

The bill (known as the Financial Transaction Tax) has already been introduced here in the US. Democratic members of Congress Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.) and Sen. Tom Harkin  (D-Iowa) have introduced legislation that levies a 0.03 percent transaction tax  on the value of stocks, bonds and derivatives transactions. It is unlikely to  pass a Republican House which is dead set against raising taxes, but it's being floated and the UNIONS LOVE IT.

Ralph Nader wrote  an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal advocating for a transaction tax. “The  passage of such a tax would be a great start for our representatives in Congress  to show that they’ve heard the message” of the Occupy Wall Street movement, said  Nader."~~~L. Rockwell.

France came out last week announcing a financial tax on all transactions which will take effect this JULY.

This WILL TAX HEDGE FUNDS! Now we know why George Soros closed up his hedge funds last year. He KNEW this was coming, and it would have hit him hard.

How does Obama fit into all of this?  The Global Poverty Act. Obama introduced the bill during his one term in the U.S. Senate. From News with Views was this:

NEW YORK — Outside the United Nations headquarters, hundreds of people were shouting and waving banners Tuesday that read "China and Russia – No Veto." These people wanted support from the Security Council of the U.N. to oust the President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad.

Inside the U.N., another group of civil society leaders demanded a basic level of social security as they promoted a "social protection floor" at a preparatory forum for the Commission on Social Development, which began Feb. 1.

The focus of the forum was "universal access to basic social protection and social services."

"No one should live below a certain income level," stated Milos Koterec, President of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. "Everyone should be able to access at least basic health services, primary education, housing, water, sanitation and other essential services."

These services were presented at the forum as basic human rights equal to the rights of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."

The money to fund these services may come from a new world tax.

"We will need a modest but long-term way to finance this transformation," stated Jens Wandel, Deputy Director of the United Nations Development Program. "One idea which we could consider is a minimal financial transaction tax (of .005 percent). This will create $40 billion in revenue."

"It is absolutely essential to establish controls on capital movements and financial speculation," said Ambassador Jorge Valero, the current Chairman of the Commission on Social Development. He called for "progressive policies of taxation" that would require "those who earn more to pay more taxes."

This afternoon, this idiot came out and endorsed the idiot below. I see on Google there's a story where Trump  gives his reasons for endorsing Romney. Do not care, Trump. You have just confirmed what I've believed all along, you're a liberal just like the rest of them.  Romney will most likely be the nominee. Ugh. I wish he would just STOP ALREADY! Obama at the National prayer breakfast this morning decided to quote the Bible. Not only is this clown NOT a Christian, I also believe he doesn't give a rip about the poor as he appears to claim. His comments coming on the heels of Romney's comment as to not worrying about the poor, are obviously a dig at Romney.

"I know that far too many neighbors in our country have been hurt and treated unfairly over the last few years, and I believe in God’s command to ‘love thy neighbor as thyself,’” Obama said. “I know the version of that Golden Rule is found in every major religion and every set of beliefs -– from Hinduism to Islam to Judaism to the writings of Plato.”
And Obama said he believed in a "biblical call" to care for the poor and to follow "the responsibility we're given in Proverbs to `Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.'"

Stop already, Obama. Just stop.

Oh, Bennie, Bennie, Bennie

Ben Bernanke. What a piece of work he is. As I was reading his statements made today, most of which are a complete line of Bullcrap, I thought it'd be interesting to look a some of his statements from previous years.

Let's take a little trip down memory lane to see how accurate he was, or shall I say let's take a look at some of his glaring, outright lies. Yeah! That would be more accurate.

On May, 17, 2007, I give you bend over Bernanke:

"The subprime mess is grave but largely contained, said Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke Thursday, in a speech before the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. While rising delinquencies and foreclosures will continue to weigh heavily on the housing market this year, it will not cripple the U.S. economy, he said?

Largely contained? Will not cripple the economy?  Wow. He had that ALL wrong, didn't he?

He goes on to say....".We are likely to see further increases in delinquencies and foreclosures this year and next,” Bernanke said. “Although a leveling-off of sales late last year suggested some stabilization of housing demand..."

Keep in mind, this was 2007 when he said this.  

In August, 2007, Bernanke barks again. Check it out:

Mr. Bernanke, speaking at the Fed's annual conference in Jackson Hole, Wyo., said the central bank will "act as needed" to prevent the credit crisis from hurting the national economy."

Translation...bailout 

Hang on. Let's rewind to 2006 just for the heck of it.

"Housing markets are cooling a bit. Our expectation is that the decline in activity or the slowing in activity will be moderate, that house prices will probably continue to rise.”

Wrong again, Bennie. He's either an idiot or a liar. My guess is both.  Look at what he said in January, 2008:

"The Federal Reserve is not currently forecasting a recession.”

Let's give him the benefit of doubt here. He says they're not forecasting a recession. Forecasting the operative word, perhaps?

In June, 2008, he speaks again, saying:

"The risk that the economy has entered a substantial downturn appears to have diminished over the past month or so.”.  

Wrong again!

August,2009:

"After contracting sharply over the past year, economic activity appears to be leveling out, both in the United States and abroad, and the prospects for a return to growth in the near term appear good"

In July, 2010' Bennie boy has no choice but to acknowledge the true state of the economy...with a little whitewash....and more lies. Look:

"despite ongoing signs of weakness in the economy, central bankers expect gradual recovery over the next few years, although the labor market healing will be slower than previously thought."

In August, 2011, he appears to be a bit more honest, but quite frankly, it's too little, too late. Here's what he said in Jackson Hole last fall:

"without significant policy changes, the finances of the federal government will inevitably spiral out of control, risking severe economic and financial damage.”

Whoa! Better fire up the printing presses, Ben! Speaking of which, look what he had to say waayy back in 2002 at a speech he made:

"The US Government has a technology, called a printing press, that allows it to produce as many US dollars as it wishes at essentially no cost"

Hahaha. Hilarious.

Today, Bernanke is still spinning:

"pace of the recovery has been frustratingly slow” where a “sluggish expansion has left the economy vulnerable to shocks.”

No cause for alarm, no need to worry, Bernanke's on top of the situation and monitoring it closely..or so he says.  The guy is a joke!  My whole point in this is to show how many people take what these clowns say and run with it, by continuing to invest in the stock market, or what have you. They believe the lie, each and every time, without taking a few minutes and doing a little due diligence to learn what the truth is.  Greenspan, Paulson and Bernanke knew 6 years ago what was happening...they knew the foreclosures were coming and the economy was going to tank, yet in front of cameras, they lied to the American people. And many were just dumb enough to believe them.

FDA Strikes Again

Blue Diamond, a company well known for the cans of almonds, walnuts and peanuts, that we see so often in the stores just got the smack down from our beloved FDA. Here's the statement Blue Diamond put on their website and packaging for their walnuts:

" the omega-3 fatty acids found in walnuts have been shown to have certain health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and some types of cancer. 

These claims, Faloon (of Diamond Foods) notes, are well supported by scientific research: “

ENTER THE FDA- their letter to Blue Diamond:

"Your walnut products are drugs” — and “new drugs” at that — and, therefore, “they may not legally be marketed … in the United States without an approved new drug application.”

 The agency even threatened Diamond with “seizure” if it failed to comply.

Once again, we have the over reaching arm of our very own government throwing their weight around. God forbid the general public should seek out and consume a food product that actually has a health benefit to it.

Which, in actuality, is precisely WHY the FDA continues these tactics. You see, if we suffer ailments and aren't privy to a natural remedy or prevention, we will seek out medical treatment. We visit our doctor, he writes a prescription that has been approved by the FDA, and everyone benefits financially......except you!

 “We have determined that your walnut products are promoted for conditions that cause them to be drugs because these products are intended for use in the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of disease.” Furthermore, the products are also “misbranded” because they “are offered for conditions that are not amenable to self-diagnosis and treatment by individuals who are not medical practitioners; therefore, adequate directions for use cannot be written so that a layperson can use these drugs safely for their intended purposes.”

 Who knew you had to have directions to eat walnuts?
