Ah, yes. It's a lovely spring day in France with temperatures hovering around 75 degrees. Tourists are milling about in their shorts and sandals while taking in the famous sights of Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower.
Front and center, we have your atypical couple from one of the 'Stans'...whether it be Pakistan or Dearbornistan...the ever loving husband, dressed in his casual white t-shirt (warm temps and all remember), and a pair of cotton twill slacks. His doting wife, dressed precisely as she should be, donned from head to toe in several layers of dark black fabric. She is careful to not reveal arms or legs. Although we cannot see her feet in the photo, rest assured, she is wearing the required shoes...no heels, no sandals revealing *gasp* skin. As they stroll along, he points out to her the world famous Eiffel Tower....as she may not be able to see it very well, depending if she is wearing a burka or a hajib. We cannot ascertain that from the picture. He looks quite comfortable and cool. I am sure she is fine, suffocating beneath her religion required cloak.
