He's done it again. Obama bypassed the Senate and has appointed another one of his cronies to the consumer protection agency. His arrogance is disgusting as he continues his disrespect for our Constitution. There is a reason the Senate Republicans have not confirmed Richard Cordray. The minute he is sworn in, the agency will transfer to the fed for administrative purposes, but will have free rein. It will be impossible at that point for the Cordray to be removed by a change of administration because his term is five years and his tenure protected. Here's what the Kenyan squatter had to say about it today:
"A defiant President Barack Obama, tired of Senate Republicans stalling his nominee to lead a new consumer protection agency, put him in charge Wednesday over their opposition.
"I refuse to take `no' for an answer," the president said.
Outraged GOP leaders in Congress immediately suggested that courts would determine whether Richard Cordray's appointment was illegal."

Remember, this is an election year, so Obama's got to do as much destroying as he can, just in case he's not re-elected. We'll be lucky if there's a country left by November at this rate.
